The story of Brussels Beer Project
Brussels Beer Project began in 2013 as a crowd-funded, openly experimental brewery, letting the public vote on what it should brew. Delta IPA won that first vote and became its flagship, and the project helped reopen Brussels as a city of modern, restless beer.
Early backers were repaid not in cash but in beer for life, a stake in the brewery's pint.
