The flagship of Brussels Beer Project, the crowd-funded brewery that helped pull Brussels into the modern craft era. Delta was their first beer, chosen by public vote: a saison-IPA hopped with Citra and Mosaic, fruity and lightly spiced, finishing dry and pleasantly bitter.
Hop-forward and aromatic, with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, spice, finishing crisp and dry.
Serve at 8-12°C in a tulip to maintain a generous head and let the aromas bloom.

Brussels Beer Project launched in 2013 as a crowd-funded, deliberately experimental brewery, inviting the public to vote on its beers. Delta was the winner of that first vote and became the flagship: a hop-forward Belgian IPA that captured a city impatient for something new, and helped reopen Brussels as a brewing capital.
On the Belgian IPA style, A hybrid style combining American hop levels with Belgian yeast strains. Fruity yeast esters meet piney/citrus hop bitterness.
