The story of de la Senne
Brasserie de la Senne was founded by Yvan De Baets and Bernard Leboucq to bring characterful brewing back to Brussels. Named for the river Senne that runs beneath the city, it keeps every beer unfiltered, unpasteurised and naturally carbonated, and became a standard-bearer of the Belgian craft revival.
Zinnebir is named for the 'zinnekes', the mongrel street dogs that became a symbol of Brussels itself.

Zinnebir
Belgian Pale Ale · 5.8% ABVA cornerstone of the Brussels craft revival from Brasserie de la Senne, who keep their beers unfiltered, unpasteurised and naturally carbonated. Zinnebir is a golden, malty pale ale with a fine, lingering hop bitterness and a complex, fruity-hop aroma, named for the "zinnekes", the mongrel dogs and free spirits of Brussels.
