The story of Rodenbach
Founded in Roeselare in 1821, Rodenbach perfected the mixed-fermentation Flanders Red Ale, aging its beer for up to two years in towering oak foeders. The result is a wine-like, tart and fruity ale.
Rodenbach's cellars hold close to 300 oak foeders, some over 150 years old.
