The summer beer of Brasserie Artisanale de Rulles in the Gaume. Where most of the range leans on strength, the Estivale is deliberately low in alcohol and high in aromatic hops, a modern, sessionable farmhouse ale that shows off founder Gregory Verhelst's love of hop character without tipping into a full IPA.
On the Saison style, Farmhouse ale traditionally brewed for harvest workers. Highly carbonated, fruity, spicy, and bone-dry. Often rustic and thirst-quenching.
